About the Author

I’m Naomi Vale, the creator of Faith Through Fire—a blog born from a deeply personal journey of struggle, healing, and unwavering faith.

My story has been shaped by seasons where I wrestled with my identity, faced challenges with my mental health, and had to learn how to rebuild myself while trying to understand who I was becoming. There were moments when life felt heavy and uncertain, and I had to keep moving forward even when I didn’t feel strong enough to do so.

As a single mother, my life has also been defined by responsibility, sacrifice, and growth. I’ve had to learn how to show up for my child while also navigating my own healing process. In those seasons, my faith became my foundation—the thing that held me steady when everything else felt like it was shifting.

The “fire” in my story represents those refining seasons: the pressure, the breaking points, and the rebuilding that followed. But it also represents what God brought out of it—resilience, clarity, and a deeper understanding of who I am and Whose I am.

I created Faith Through Fire as a space of honesty and encouragement. My heart is to reach others who are walking through their own difficult seasons and remind them they are not alone. I write for those who are trying to hold on, rebuild, and make sense of what they’re walking through.

My hope is that this blog reflects not just what I’ve been through, but what is possible when faith carries you through the fire.
